| Job Description |
- Architect, design and implement VAS products Interactive Voice Response (IVR) including flow charts, scripting etc.
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to deployment to End-of-Life
- Device innovative and effective solutions in the value added services space.
- Interface with customer account teams on issues relating to VAS products
- Track product enhancements across channels
- Analyze market conditions for products and services
- Responsible for technical quality and on time delivery. Involvement in the complete definition of the project requirement.
- Identify new product and strategy development
- Help pre-sale/sales team to delivery technical architect product notes.
- Responsible for Budget/costing with regard to Products
