| Job Description |
- Architect, design and implement
- VAS product Interactive Voice Response (IVR) including flow charts, scripting etc. –
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to deployment to End-of-Life.
- Device innovative and effective solutions in the value added services space.
- Interface with customer account teams on issues relating to VAS products.
- Track product enhancements across channels.
- Analyze market conditions for products and services.
- Responsible for technical quality and on time delivery.
- Involvement in the complete definition of the project requirement.
- Identify new product and strategy development.
- Identify new product and strategy development. -Help pre-sale/sales team to delivery technical architect product notes. -Responsible for Budget/costing with regard to Products.
