  IVR – Interactive Voice Response

The Rural IVR Team at Handygo is a dynamic set of path breakers who embody the company’s philosophy of continuous innovation perfectly.

The cycle of ‘Behtar Zindagi’ started with extensive research which included both quantitative and qualitative research, applying techniques like ethnography. Rural life was studied and examined closely. Opinion of agencies and individuals who have an understanding of Rural India was also undertaken to validate our internal research. These included NGOs and government bodies. Through this information and other needs of the rural population were determined. The next step in the cycle was putting our expertise in mobile services to find out how mobile and specifically Interactive Voice Response could be leveraged to fulfill the identified need gaps. The service that would be delivered to the end user was thus determined. This process also involved aligning with various entities as content and knowledge partners. The final step before launching the service was giving live demonstrations to the TG., through which feedback was taken and incorporated in the service.

After going through this process with dedication Handygo come out with its genre defining service ‘Behtar Zindagi’ comprising information on the following verticals:

In this service, more than 10,000 prompts are there, providing a vast variety of information that would lead to ‘Behtar Zindagi’ for the rural people.
